Each piece of slate is sheared and chiseled in Vermont from a quarry less than 30 miles from Hubbardton Forge. Organic in nature, the slate may have slight variations in size, color and texture. Ethan Circular LED Pendant with Translucent Alabaster Ancient Egyptian sculptors and artisans chose to work with alabaster for its soft, translucent qualities. Its translucence is on display, lit by our LED light-guide, with a wash of up and down light to stunning effect. Each piece of alabaster is unique with natural variations in color and texture.
