The Proud Mary collection expands with a Polychrome Proud Mary: Proud Mary Wild Flower! We welcome our newest colorful family member with open arms. Proud Mary is a design by Koens & Middelkoop. The collection consists of large, hand-painted shapes and smaller variants decorated with a screen print (this edition of the Wild Flower!). The unique collection has grown considerably in recent years and from now on there is also a colorful Proud Mary for sale decorated with the screen printing technique. A piece of Delft Blue history: In the 1960s, Royal Delft took over the Westraven tile factory. A special find was recently made in the archive: the sketches and transfer sheets of six beautiful different flower designs by Westraven. The sketches date from 1930 and the transfer sheets from the 1970s. These sketches and transfer sheets were used as inspiration for the Proud Mary skirt.
